Del. HC: SFIO Not Barred from Investigating Offence Under IPC - 26.12.2023

Delhi High Court has held that a conjoint reading of Sections 4(1) & 154 of CrPC and Sections 212 & 219 of Companies Act, 2013, it cannot be said that the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) is barred from investigating an offence under the IPC.
