Ker. HC: S.5 of Limitation Act Not Applicable to Condone Delay in Filing Plea u/s 34 of A&C Act - 22.12.2023

Kerala High Court has held that Section 5 of the Limitation Act has no application to condone delay in filing a petition for setting aside an arbitral award under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, as Section 34 separately provides a limitation period of a maximum 4 months.
