UK Supreme Court: Artificial Intelligence Can’t be Considered as Patent Inventor - 21.12.2023

Supreme Court of United Kingdom has held that a Patent inventor must be a natural person and therefore the same cannot be granted to an Artificial Intelligence-powered tool.
