HP HC: Object of S.311 CrPC is to is to Do Substantial Justice - 21.12.2023

Himachal Pradesh High Court while observing that object of Section 311 CrPC is to do substantial justice, has held that Court can exercise power under this provision if it finds it essential to examine, re-examine, recall, or call any witness, at any stage of inquiry/trial or other proceedings.
