Del. HC: If Parties are Allowed to Resile from the Undertaking then Judicial System Can’t Function - 19.12.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that the Court in contempt proceedings is to ensure that the dignity and majesty of the Court are maintained, has held that if undertakings are given and the parties are permitted to resile from the same without any reasons, the judicial system cannot function.
