All. HC in Gyanvapi-Kashi Title Dispute Case: Civil Suits Not Barred by Places of Worship Act - 19.12.2023

Allahabad High Court has ruled in Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi land title dispute cases that civil suits filed by Hindu worshippers are not barred by the Places of Worship Act 1991 and directed the Trial Court to expeditiously decide the suit in 6 months.
