Amicus Curiae to Ker. HC: DNA Test of Children of Rape Victims Will Defeat Concept of Adoption - 19.12.2023

Amicus Curiae Advocate A. Parvathi Menon has informed the Kerala High Court that subjecting the adopted child of a rape victim to DNA tests will only defeat the purpose of the divine concept of adoption especially when the law protects the rights of privacy of the child and the rape survivor.
