Kar. HC: Civil Court or the Criminal Court Itself Doesn’t Have the Power to Impound the Passport - 18.12.2023

Karnataka High Court while observing that the civil Court or the criminal Court itself does not have the power to impound the passport, has held that impounding of any document produced before the Court cannot stretch to an extent that those Courts can impound the passport also.
