Kerala HC Orders CI to Pay 1L Compensation - 23.05.2016

Kerala HC has ordered a Circle Inspector (CI) of police to pay Rs 1 lakh as compensation for violating Supreme Court guidelines while arresting a retired school teacher for smoking in a public place.
