SC: Judgment in Pankaj Bansal v. Union of India Does Not Apply Retrospectively - 18.12.2023

Supreme Court has held that its judgment in the case Pankaj Bansal v. Union of India (MANU/SC/1076/2023
; 2023/INSC/866) wherein it was held that ED must furnish the grounds of arrest to the accused in writing at the time of arrest, does not apply retrospectively.
