P&H HC: Mechanical Grant of Bail is a Disturbing Trend emerging in the Trial Courts - 15.12.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court while observing that a very disturbing trend of granting bail mechanically is emerging with the trial Courts, has stated that Courts are expected to uphold judicial discipline and propriety to ensure that public confidence is maintained in the judicial process.
