Del HC: No Room for One Who Conceals Facts About Criminal Antecedents to Seek Employment in Defence - 14.12.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that there has to be strict obedience towards disclosure about criminal antecedents by anyone seeking employment in disciplined forces, has held that there is no room for the one who endeavors to seek employment in defence by such concealing material fact.
