HP HC: Benefit of Probation of Offenders Act can’t be Extended to Offence u/s 304A IPC - 13.12.2023

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that a person convicted for the offence of rash and negligent driving under Section 304-A of IPC can’t be extended the benefit under Section 4 of the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958.
