Ker. HC: Failure to Provide New Address to Authorities Can’t Prejudice the Sender - 13.12.2023

Kerala High Court while upholding the order of the State Election Commission wherein it was alleged that the whip issued was improper for being served at an old address, has held that failure to provide the new address to the postal authorities cannot prejudice the sender in such circumstances.
