Del. HC: In Cases Related to Design Piracy, Trade Variants and Minuscule Differences Can be Ignored - 12.12.2023

Delhi High Court while hearing the design infringement suit by Havells observed that in case of design piracy, it is the overall shape and configuration that matters and held that the Court is not supposed to look into minor individual elements to arrive at a finding regarding similarity.
