All. HC: Husband Not Liable for Marital Rape if Wife is 18 Years or Above - 11.12.2023

Allahabad High Court while observing that husband is protected under law from the offence of marital rape in cases where the age of wife is 18 years or more, has endorsed recent views of MP HC which held that husband is not liable for unnatural offence with wife under Section 377.
