SC Takes Suo Moto Cognizance of Cal. HC Judgment that Adviced Adolescents on Sexual Behavior - 08.12.2023

Supreme Court has taken suo motu cognizance of a Calcutta High Court judgment which had advised that every female adolescent should control her sexual urge as in the eyes of society she will be the loser when she gives in to enjoy the sexual pleasure of hardly two minutes.
