Del. HC: Objections in Contested Testamentary Petition Shouldn’t be Rejected on Technical Ground - 07.12.2023

Delhi High Court has held that while dealing with a testamentary petition, the endeavour of the Court should be not to reject the objections on technical grounds, unless it is found that the same is filed with an inordinate delay.
