Kar. HC Stays Proceedings Against Advocates Accused of Obstructing Policeman, Snatching His Phone - 06.12.2023

Karnataka HC has stayed criminal proceedings initiated against four advocates of Chikkamangaluru Bar Association who allegedly stopped police officer from performing his duties and snatched his phone when he went to record the statement of an advocate who was allegedly assaulted by the police.
