Ker. HC: Arbitrary Bail Condition for Default Bail Violates Article 21 - 05.12.2023

Kerala High Court has held that arbitrary conditions imposed while granting statutory/default bail amount to infringement of the fundamental right of the detenue under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
