Del. HC: Directions for Investigation Cannot be Given by the Magistrate Mechanically - 01.12.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that direction for investigation under Section 156(3) of CrPC cannot be issued by a Magistrate mechanically, has held that such directions can be given only on application of mind by the Magistrate.
