SC Refers 'Asian Resurfacing' Judgment to 5-Judge Bench - 01.12.2023

Supreme Court has referred to a 5 judge bench its 2018 judgment in ‘Asian Resurfacing’ (MANU/SC/0308/2018
; 2018/INSC/282) which held that interim orders of stay granted by High Courts and other courts in civil & criminal cases will automatically expire after six months unless specifically extended.
