SC: High Courts Must Quash Vexatious Criminal Prosecutions - 30.11.2023

Supreme Court has observed that protection against vexatious and unwanted prosecution either through quashing an FIR/Complaint or by allowing an appeal against an order rejecting discharge or by any other means, as the circumstances may be, is a duty cast on the High Courts.
