SC Clarifies: Not Necessary that Person Accused Under S.3 of PMLA be Accused in Scheduled Offence - 30.11.2023

Supreme Court has clarified that it is not necessary that a person against whom the offence under Section 3 of the PMLA is alleged must also be shown as the accused in the scheduled offence.
