All. HC: All the Medical Representatives are Deemed to be Workmen - 29.11.2023

Allahabad High Court has held that as per Section 6(2) of the Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1976, the medical representatives are “workman” under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
