Ker. HC: Transfer Order Must be Issued After Giving Opportunity of Hearing - 28.11.2023

Kerala High Court has observed that if a transfer is effected it results in civil consequences stigmatizing a teacher by categorizing her of misbehavior, misuse of official position, incompetency or low performance etc., and that demands compliance of principles of natural justice.
