All. HC: Principles of Natural Justice Should Compulsorily be Followed - 28.11.2023

Allahabad High Court while setting aside an order of blacklisting and cancellation of the mining lease, has observed that in a civilized society principles of natural justice should compulsorily be followed if the rule of law has to be there.
