Ker. HC: No Remission of Property Tax if Advance Notice Regarding Vacancy of Building Not Served - 28.11.2023

Kerala High Court has held that in the absence of the notice, as is required under sub-section (3) of Section 239 of the Kerala Municipality Act, there arises no occasion for the Municipality to grant remission of the property tax.
