Ker. HC: There Can’t be Any Interference with Investigation Proceedings Without Justifiable Reasons - 27.11.2023

Kerala High Court has held that when an investigation undertaken by the Police as ordered by the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. is in progress, the Court cannot interfere with the investigation unless there are compelling and justifiable reasons.
