P&H HC: Widow’s Remarriage Not a Ground to Deny Compensation Under MV Act - 27.11.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that simply because widow of the deceased got re-married, it could not be a reason to deprive of her claim under Motor Vehicle (MV) Act to seek compensation, on account of loss, which has accrued to her, as a result of unnatural demise of her husband.
