JKL HC: Seema Suraksha Bal’s Order Can be Challenged Across All High Courts - 27.11.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that Seema Suraksha Bal (SSB), is a force of the Union of India with a pan-India presence and therefore appeals against orders passed by it can be made before any of the High Courts in the country.
