P&H HC: Accused has Right to be Heard in Revision Challenging Dismissal of Complaint - 24.11.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that where a complaint has been dismissed by Magistrate and the said order is challenged in revision petition before High Court or Sessions Court, the persons who are arraigned as accused in complaint have a right to be heard in such a revision petition.
