Ker. HC: Dependents of Independent Contractor Not Entitled Under Employees Compensation Act - 24.11.2023

Kerala High Court while upholding an order passed by Employees Compensation Commissioner against the dependents of an independent contractor, has held the provisions of the Employees Compensation Act are not applicable to Independent Contractors.
