SC: If Number of Technically Qualified Bidders is Less Than 3, State can Annul Tender Notification - 22.11.2023

Supreme Court while referring to Rule 9(10) of the Mineral (Auction) Rules held that where the minimum number of qualified bidders is not available (i.e. less than three), then no bidder shall be considered as a qualified bidder, resulting in annulment of first attempt of auction.
