SC Warns Patanjali Ayurved of Fine for Claiming False Misleading Claims of Cure - 22.11.2023

Supreme Court has directed Patanjali Ayurved to stop immediately all false and misleading advertisements and stated that the Court will also consider imposing costs to the extent of Rs. 1 crores on every product regarding which a false claim is made that it can “cure” a particular disease.
