JKL HC: Detaining Govt. Critics Amounts to Abuse of Preventive Detention Law - 20.11.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that tendency on the part of the detaining authority to detain the critics of the policies or commissions/omissions of the Government machinery, is an abuse of the preventive law.
