Kerala HC Rejects Candidate's Vote Who Allegedly Voted For Himself, Cites Ambiguity in Ballot Paper - 17.11.2023

Kerala High Court while rejecting the vote cast by a voter who was a candidate himself has observed that the intention of the voter was not reflected on the ballot paper as ‘X’ was not marked properly against his name.
