Delhi HC: Merely Because Complainant Married to Accused Does Not Entail Quashing of Rape, POCSO FIR - 10.11.2023

Delhi High Court has observed that merely because the complainant married the accused does not entail quashing of an FIR registered against him for the offence of rape and under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO).
