Maras HC: TN Law Regulating Online Games Won't Apply To Games of Skill Like Poker & Rummy - 10.11.2023

Madras HC while upholding the validity of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Online Gambling and Regulation of Online Games Act 2022 has observed that the Act would not be applicable to games like rummy and poker, which were games of skill and will be applicable only against games of chance.
