Del. HC: Throwing Any Liquid or Substance Other Than 'Acid' on Any Person Not an Offence U/S 326B IPC - 10.11.2023

Delhi HC while quashing an FIR registered against the petitioner has held that an offence under Section 326-B of the IPC is made out only if a person throws or attempts to throw ‘acid’ on another person, and not any other liquid or substance.
