Bom. HC: Provide Laptops/iPads to Prosecutors for Implementing E-Filing System - 09.11.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that to make the mechanism of E-fling effective, it is absolutely essential that prosecutors are provided with the facility of laptops/Ipads at the earliest, has directed that Advocate General of Maharashtra to look into the matter.
