Del. HC: Withdrawal of Merchandise Exports from India Scheme Shall Apply Prospectively - 09.11.2023

Delhi High Court while observing DGFT’s decision to repeal the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS) with retrospective effect was arbitrary and indefensible has held that the impugned notification shall apply prospectively.
