Bom. HC: SC’s Judgment in ‘Pankaj Bansal’ Case Applies Prospectively - 08.11.2023

Bombay High Court while refusing relief to Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal in PMLA case has observed that Supreme Court’s judgement in Pankaj Bansal’s case (MANU/SC/1076/2023
; 2023/INSC/866) that mandates giving the accused a physical copy of the grounds of arrest would apply only prospectively.
