SC: Certificate to Prove Electronic Evidence can be Produced at Any Stage of the Trial - 08.11.2023

Supreme Court has held that a certificate under Section 65-B of Indian Evidence Act, to prove electronic evidence, can be produced at any stage of trial and the same will not result in any irreversible prejudice to the other party as they will have full opportunity to rebut the evidence produced.
