SC: Guidelines/Directions Regarding Firecrackers are Applicable to All States and Not Just Delhi - 08.11.2023

Supreme Court has clarified that its direction dated 07.11.2023, against the use of barium and banned chemicals in firecrackers is applicable not only in the Delhi-National Capital Region, but also binding in all States across the Country.
