Bombay High Court Permits Bursting of Firecrackers for 3 Hours in Mumbai - 07.11.2023

Bombay High Court has permitted bursting of firecrackers for 3 hours in Mumbai and directed Municipal Corporations to ensure that firecrackers are not burst beyond the period of 7 PM to 10 PM in light of the poor air quality index.
