Del. HC to AIIMS: Procure Medicines for Patients Evaluated in Terms of Rare Diseases Policy - 06.11.2023

Delhi High Court has directed AIIMS to commence the procurement of medicines for the evaluated patients/Petitioners as per the fund allocated of Rs. 50 lakhs per patient, in terms of the Rare Diseases Policy.
