Ker. HC: Writ Jurisdiction Can’t be Invoked to Challenge Questions Of Fact w.r.t Committee Election - 03.11.2023

Kerala High Court has held that writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution can’t be invoked to challenge disputed questions of fact concerning election to the Managing Committee of a Society.
