Del. HC: Local Commissioner Can’t Be Appointed by One Party to Marshal Evidence Against Another - 03.11.2023

Delhi High Court has held that Local Commissioner under Order 26 Rule 10A of CPC can be appointed for determination of issue in suit involving scientific investigation, in the interest of justice to conduct such investigation and when such investigation couldn’t be conducted before the court.
