P&H HC: SC Judgment in Pankaj Bansal Case Applies Retrospectively - 02.11.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that Supreme Court judgment in the case of Pankaj Bansal v. Union of India (MANU/SC/1076/2023
; 2023/INSC/866) that the grounds of arrest be furnished in writing to the accused for compliance of Section 19 of PMLA will be applicable retrospectively.
